Terms of Service

Effective Date & Revision: March 30, 2026

1. Binding Agreement and Electronic Acceptance

These exhaustive Terms of Service ("Terms", "ToS") constitute a legally binding corporate agreement between you ("Client", "User", "Entity") and BBBS Domestic and Foreign Trade Limited Company ("Provider", "BBBS"). By accessing our central staging ecosystems, deploying endpoints upon our API arrays, executing our proprietary WMS routing clients, or simply engaging with our consultancy lead terminals, you irrevocably consent to these provisions natively. Should you lack the corporate authorization to bind your entity to these stipulations, or fundamentally disagree with any clause described herein, you are strictly mandated to disconnect from our servers immediately.

2. Service Matrix and Computational Liability

BBBS acts as a technological facilitator, constructing highly resilient digital bridges between complex marketplaces, financial gateways, and physical warehousing mechanics. The software operates upon computational determinism. Therefore, it is critical to legally acknowledge:

  • Financial Autonomy vs Affirmation: Our advanced Agentic Repricing Bots and reconciliation algorithms calculate profit margins computationally based on user-fed taxation and commission metadata. BBBS holds absolutely zero liability for fiscal losses, incorrect invoice triggers, or logistical deficits arising from inaccurate cost data ingested into the system. Our dashboards surface algorithmic suggestions—final execution remains the legal responsibility of your Certified Public Accountants (CPA).
  • Marketplace Integrity: Any suspension, penalization, or permanent bans enacted upon your accounts by third-party matrices (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Trendyol, Hepsiburada) due to pricing anomalies, missing SLA fulfillment times, or algorithmically driven stockouts rests entirely outside our perimeter of liability.

3. Acceptable Use Policy and Algorithmic Misuse

The Suppert Ecosystem is built to process extremely dense API payloads dynamically. Nonetheless, specific attack vectors and utilization paradigms remain strictly prohibited. Clients shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or decrypt our core Node.js backend logic. The deliberate injection of SQL payloads, arbitrary payload flooding lacking Token Bucket signatures mapped to our endpoints, or any attempt to scrape proprietary dashboard architectures mechanically will summon immediate and unappealable system termination accompanied by legal prosecution under international cybercrime frameworks.

4. Intellectual Property Rights (IP) and White-Labeling

Every single line of code, overarching structural GSAP animations, UX/UI glassmorphism geometries, AI pricing models (such as Nearest Neighbor TSP implementations), and database schemas are the exclusive, copyrighted intellectual property of BBBS. Providing localized access to your designated operators does not constitute a transfer of ownership. Reselling, white-labeling, or cloning our Master Panel structures is a severe breach of this contract. Suppert™ is a registered international trademark. Any illicit usage of our graphical nomenclatures necessitates aggressive legal cessation.

5. Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Uptime Disclaimers

While we operate on deeply isolated PM2 load-balanced environments with inherent High Availability (HA) doctrines, the platform is ultimately provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" architectural basis. We do not legally guarantee 100% monolithic uptime due to the intrinsic dependencies nested onto third-party providers (AWS, Marketplace APIs). Scheduled maintenance phases will be communicated asynchronously, excluding emergency zero-day vulnerability updates which drop unannounced.

6. Governing Jurisdiction, Severability, and Dispute Resolution

These terms, alongside any subsidiary Commercial Master Service Agreements (MSA), are exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the sovereign laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the highly unlikely event of irreconcilable conflict, the corporate courts and execution offices of Samsun, Turkey, possess supreme and absolute jurisdiction. Should any arbitrary clause within this document be rendered legally void by judicial oversight, it shall not corrupt the validity of the remaining structure.
